Our Events.

OxRAM hosts a wide array of talks and events related to engineering, robotics, 3D printing, and many more!

In the past couple of years, all our activities were slowed down due to COVID-19 pandemic. We are currently in the process of resuming activities and reopening the workshop to everyone. OxRAM is committed to ensuring the safety of its members and strives to provide an engaging project experience despite these trying times.

Sensing Technologies for Autonomous Mobile Robots by Dr. Mads Dyrman
Time: 10-12noon, Sunday 28th April 2024
Location: Oxford Centre of Innovation
I’m excited to announce that we will be hosting a special session this Sunday (usual time 10-12). This session will feature a distinguished guest lecturer, Dr. Mads Dyrman, who is an expert in machine learning, computer vision, and sensor technology. Mads has applied these cutting-edge techniques to enhance robotic systems in uncontrolled environments and is also the co-founder of The AI Lab (https://theailab.dk/). He will be delivering a brief lecture on "Sensing Technologies for Autonomous Mobile Robots."

Project sessions:

For the projects, we usually have a introduction session at the start of each academic term/year,
then sessions on each project will be held every Sunday during the term at Oxford Centre of Innovation.
